We collect your data when you contact us through the communication channels made available to our clients and potential clients, and throughout the course of the query you have submitted.

The data processed will be those provided by the sender in relation to the enquiry.

Your personal data may be processed by service providers acting as data processors.

Data will only be disclosed to public authorities when necessary to comply with legal obligations.

6. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Given the nature of our products and the audience we target, the enquiries we receive come from individuals over the age of majority and, in any case, over the age of 14.

If parents, guardians, or legal representatives believe that minors under their care have sent us personal data, we kindly ask them to contact us via email at hola@masia.vc.

8. Data quality

You must always provide truthful information and update your personal data whenever changes occur, as we must hold your current data for as long as it is necessary for the processing purpose.

Senders must not provide third-party data without having previously obtained their consent and informed them of this privacy policy. The user is solely responsible for the lawfulness of the data provided.

We may transfer your personal data to a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA) when certain service providers carry out the processing.
