Pepe was born and raised in Barcelona, where he now lives with his wife and two kids.

His journey has taken him from Hamburg to Madrid and around the world, where he played field hockey for the Spanish national team and different clubs.

In 2014, Pepe co-founded Crowdcube Spain through a Joint Venture, a business he later sold to the parent company becoming a key member of the Crowdcube Leadership Team. Over the next years he expanded the regulated investment platform across the EU, managing teams in Spain, France, and Sweden, and helping facilitate over €1 billion in retail investments for more than 1,500 companies including Revolut, Cowboy bikes, Qonto, Nothing, ID Finance and Heura.

Pepe enjoys supporting founders with fundraising, go-to-market execution, sales, and European expansion strategies.

He also serves as a Board Member at Syra Coffee, a specialty coffee brand born in Barcelona.
